A second chance at life

Dr. Sukriti Gupta is a dentist, an internationally certified Reiki Grandmaster and a yoga practitioner of more than 30 years. She once faced kidney failure, a point where her health became her biggest battle. She made a decision that changed the direction of her life.

Her recovery was more than surviving a health crisis. It taught her the power of discipline, mindful living, food and yoga, and the deep connection between body and mind. Through more than 30 years of sattvik living, she rebuilt her health and today starts every day at 4:30 a.m.

She did not keep these lessons to herself. She turned her experience into a mission: helping people understand that taking care of your health cannot be postponed. Most of us already know what we are doing wrong. We eat poorly, sleep late, ignore stress and neglect our bodies. Knowing is not the same as changing, and too often we wait for a health scare. Through Reiki, yoga, sattvik living and emotional well-being, she helps people make the small daily decisions that change how they live.

Through Pranova Global Academy she offers one-on-one Reiki healing, Reiki certification from Level 1 to Grandmaster, and practical yoga, diet and weight-management guidance.
